TIM RADFORD
We are delighted to release George Blake's Legacy the new CD from Tim Radford. Hampshire born Tim has long been interested in the songs collected in Hampshire by Dr. George B. Gardiner and can be heard singing on Folk Songs from Hampshire and Dorset.

On George Blake's Legacy he brings us 28 songs, recitations and toasts, collected from one man, George Blake, who was born in the parish of Minstead, New Forest in 1829. Tim has long championed George Blake and his songs. This CD, with its 60pp booklet, is the culmination of much original research, carried out over many years. A rare and fascinating insight into the life and songs of a local singer born 180 years ago.
